The kids of Melody Takatsu enjoyed a terrific Thursday in school. We started our day with a morning circle and the kids sang and danced to the Christmas music. They actively participated in our flashcards games where the match the pictures of Christmas vocabulary. Then, we went to the park and everyone caught a basketful of sunshine at playtime. We went back to school just in time for lunch. In the afternoon, we had another circle time and the kids practiced singing Christmas songs. This had been so much fun! This Friday morning, the kids arrived in school with full of energy for today's activities. We went to the park and admire the scenic autumn colors of the leaves around. In the afternoon, the Lion Team had an art craft activities in which they made Christmas ornaments. Then we had our circle time and we learned more about Christmas vocabulary.
